The
name of the film as it suggests is coined
from the phrase"POP-CARNIVAL". The
film is all about music. A corporate organizes
a music competition wherein various forms
of music are set to be fused and climaxed
in to a huge stage which is shown in the end
of the film. It is percieved to be a film
for youth of today who look at music and its
various facets and forms towards global acceptability.Behind
this backdrop of the competition, a stage
is set for a search by two young hearts for
lost contemporary music by former renowned
singer and a long last father. The film climaxes
in to the fusion of music at the end of competition,
meeting of hearts of two young lovers and
the reunion of a father and daughter.
